NC open studio tours

Ever wanted to see how a potter’s ceramics are made, or learn about an artist’s inspiration for a painting?  Open studio tours are one way to learn what goes on behind the scenes, from conception of an idea to its creation.

Several North Carolina studios are offering tours during the holiday season.  Art enthusiasts have the opportunity to meet state artists face-to-face in the places they work.

Additionally, open studio tours provide a great time to make holiday purchases.  Artists have their works and wares for sale, an ample opportunity to find a uniquely crafted piece.
